Vango Amazon 600 – Family Tent

With the new 2008 model the Vango Amazon 600 provides a huge amount of living space compared to other family tents. Competition in this category is intense so any new tent has to be just right to stand any chance of doing well and Vango have the experience to do just that. The tent has steel poles for strength and is easy to pitch. The layout provdes 3 seperate sleeping areas to accomodate up to 6 people.

Description: Although this tent is the smaller brother of the Amazon 800 model there is still ample space for 6. The seperate sleeping compartments are removal if desired and even though the internal area is large it feels light and airy due to high quality windows, the large opening front door and two side doors. The flysheet is made from Protex 5000 for great waterproofing and the sewn-in groundsheet is of a similar quality. The Amazon 600 has some nice features to make your camping trip more comfortable such as a Storm skirt system, internal mesh doors, storage pockets, lantern point, double zip windows, cable entry points with isolator pocket, roller storage bag and even darker coloured fabric in the bedrooms for better sleeping.
