Vango Amazon 800 – Family Tent

The Vango Amazon 800 is the scaled up version of the popular Amazon 600 family tent. The main difference here is the wider main tent ( 5.1m verses 4.2m ) and additional sleeping accomodation for up to 8 people. Take note, 5.1 metres wide is massive, about as wide as a double garage, so make sure your favourite campsites will allow that size of tent. The living area is equally large with plenty of space for food preparation and dining indoors. The veranda front door and two canopied side doors allow lots of light into the tent. The Powerplus steel poles are pre-angled and coloured coded for simple pitching. The 3 seperate sleeping rooms are split 2 -4 -4 for flexible arrangements.

It has all the same useful features as the 600 – Protex 5000 flysheet and 5000mm groundsheet, Storm skirt system, internal mesh doors, storage pockets, lantern point, etc. What we really like is the zip on front canopy which provides a stylish covered area in front of the tent.
The Vango Amazon 800 is a very popular family tent and is often found to be sold out at major retailers, but being available online as low as £399 represents a great deal.
